Based in South Devon, the REFURB team work with homeowners in Salcombe, Thurlestone, Hope Cove, Bigbury, Kingsbridge and across the South Hams to make any sized refurbishment project an enjoyable experience, whether it's refreshing one room or redesigning an entire property.
We understand what a unique asset a holiday home in South Devon can be, but also the challenges that can come with managing a refurbishment remotely. Therefore, our team take care of every aspect, bringing together the right expertise and on-site skills for each project, as well as overseeing every stage of work.
Since 2010 we have partnered with owners to manage their refurbishment requirements,
including renovating newly purchased properties, modernising older homes, preparing property for the holiday letting market and increasing market appeal of homes prior to sale.
